I am Tomi Heinonen, PhD(eng), Docent, Consultant, and a certified teacher. I founded this company on spring 2024, and it is associated with technology consultation and education. I offer consultation for companies starting to estimate if some solutions should be protected. I am capable of identifying patentable issues, and also co-operate with the patent agents.

I offer consultation for the R&D management type of positions, associated with wireless technologies, imaging, visualization, and biomedical engineering. I tend to bring common sense and peace for the project work. I also have strong background for C and Objective-C programming.

Research

I offer my knowledge as a researcher and as the head of research, in industry as well as in university environment. I am specialized in visualizing complex structures, and understand where the research should be focused, and it should be applied.

Teaching

I offer education for camera systems / imaging, biomedical engineering, and basically anything associated with my career. I can learn new information easily, and split the content into appropriate teaching modules. I tend to use common sense in teaching, and use lots of easily understandable examples.

Standardization

I have been participating standardization in Bluetooth and USB (video/display working group). I conducted research and patented several technologies around Bluetooth (one of these was part of Nokia/Apple dispute case). In addition, I headed the USB Video Display standardization group.
